V-Log's Digital Records Management System provides a searchable CD and Web based electronic database to access and manage the aircraft's documentation; regardless of the maintenance tracking package currently in use. Digital images of your aircraft's logbooks are reproduced and updated regularly by a V-Log representative utilizing V-Log's proprietary software.

FAA Advisory Circular AC170-28:
V-Log’s Digital Records Management system adheres to the guidelines set forth in FAA Advisory Circular AC170-28 regarding Electronic Record Keeping. Should the aircraft’s original paper records be damaged or lost; any page, or even an entire logbook, can be reprinted from the V-Log CD ROM and used as a legal paper record for aircraft documentation purposes.
